Richard E. Garcia, Associate Broker
Richard E. Garcia is the Associate Broker at Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. and specializes in the Downtown Scottsdale market. He has an extensive background in banking and financing and over 22 years of experience in buying, selling and leasing properties for his clients.
Richard began his banking career in Tucson, Arizona. After nine years in the banking business in Tucson, he transferred to Scottsdale and continued his banking career for another six years. After fifteen years in banking he decided to branch off into the real estate industry. He founded Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. in 1995. Since 1995 Garcia Realty Advisors, Inc. has thrived in the downtown Scottsdale market.
