Family Plan
The family plan enables a family to set a set low listing rate for themselves and any of their family members in Maricopa County.
When a family member refers another family member, they get the same low percentage rate negotiated by the first family member;
no matter the size of the home or location, as long as the home is in Maricopa County.
Charitable Gifting Program
On each transaction
Ann Fitzpatrick will
be giving up to 10%
of her commission to
her charities. If a
client has their own
charity, Ann will
give to their
charity instead.
